Regulation 62 Registration to provide internet service(1) An internet service provider is subject to the payment of a fee determined by the Authority.(2) The registration of an internet service provider expires after five years from the date of registration and may be renewed for periods of five years on application by the service provider.(3) An internet service provider shall cease operation from the date of the expiration of the registration.(4) An internet service provider who wishes to renew the registration shall apply to the Authority for the renewal of the registration at least three months before the expiry of the registration.
