Electronic Communications Regulations, 2011 (L.I. 1991)Regulation 45: Amateur radio services From regulation 45 to regulation 48 amateur radio service means a type of radio communication service used for interconnection, leisure time activity, testing and research and is classified according to its output as follows: (a) CLASS "A" stations, that is stations which have an output power of not more than 1000 watts; (b) CLASS "B" stations, that is, stations which have an output power of not more than 250 watts; and(c) CLASS "C" stations, that is, stations which have an output power of not more than 100 watts. |
