IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Interim Management Committee of the Ghana Ports
and Authority by section 77 of the Ghana Ports Authority Decree, 1977 (S.M.C.D. 96) and by
section 6 of the Interim Management Committee (Public Boards and Corporations) Law, 1983
(P.N.D.C.L. 6) and with the prior approval of the P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for Transport
and Communications, these Regulations are made this 15th day of May, 1984.
