Protocol on Patents and Industrial Designs Within The Framework of The Industrial Property Organisation For English-Speaking Africa (Esapiro) (Ratification) Law, 1985 (PNDCL 137)
WHEREAS the Protocol on Patents and Industrial Designs within the Framework of the Industrial
Property Organization for English-Speaking Africa (ESARIPO), the text of which together with
the Regulations made thereunder is set out in the Schedule and referred to in this Law as "the
Protocol", was adopted at Harare, Zimbabwe on 10th December, 1982;
